The stringer line is great for your positioning on the board and all sorts of yoga asanas. You’ll be surprised how often you are not in the center of your board.
Place your hands here, on the same line with your sternum. Hold your forearms and upper arms in a 90° angle (chicken wing).
This is the ideal spot for your front foot, right in between where your hands were before. Don‘t be bummed and please don‘t cry if it doesn‘t work on your first attempt. Practice makes perfect.
Here is where your back foot goes. Depending on your stance the position of your back foot can vary.
